Capacity to purchase:

Only individuals permitted to form legally binding contracts, may make purchases through Switch On Sports. In making an on-line purchase through us, you accept our terms and conditions and acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and that you are not legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Any loss incurred by Switch On Sports through a transaction by a minor, will result in us enforcing our reserved right to seek compensation from the minor's parent(s) or guardian(s).

Purchases:

In placing an order with Switch On Sports you are making an offer, that must be accepted by Switch On Sports to form a contract. We reserve the right to reject your offer for any reason, including but not limited to; any product or pricing error, product unavailability. Accordingly, a contract between you and Switch On Sports is not formed until you receive a confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.

Pricing:

All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and inclusive of the Government's 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Switch On Sports reserves the right to alter prices at any point in time, without requirement for notice. All purchases made through our online store must be done so through Paypal for the GST inclusive price plus any applicable delivery fees, as directed by our web site. 

Delivery:

Whilst Switch On Sports makes every effort to ensure that goods are delivered to customers as soon as possible, we provide no guarantee over the length of time for delivery to any given destination. Delivery will generally be made by Courier, however Switch On Sports reserves the right to determine the method of delivery for any approved order. Switch On Sports will not be responsible for any direct or indirect consequences of delayed or non-delivery, where beyond our control.

Title of products:

Switch On Sports will retain title of all products until full payment has been received, however once an ordered product is in the hands of Australia Post or other delivery service, any risk associated with the product will pass to you, irrespective of whether full payment has been received. Accordingly you may wish to consider insurance on ordered products. Children's products should only be used under appropriate adult supervision, and the selection and suitability of products for use by children remains at the discretion of the purchaser.

Return of products:

Switch On Sports provides no refunds or exchanges on ordered goods, so please ensure that you select products carefully. Where damaged or faulty products are received, you must contact Switch On Sports within 7 days of receiving delivery of the product. We will advise you as to the appropriate action you should take, as we may arrange direct contact with you from the manufacturer, or alternatively grant a Return Authorisation Number where necessary to return to us. Where faults or damages to products arise after delivery, you may contact Switch On Sports to assist in determining whether covered by a manufacturer's warranty for the particular item. Manufacturer's warranties will generally be included with the product where applicable.

Unless otherwise specified the materials published on our web site are presented solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use.
